TMU DAS: Craft Symposium

First-year Master of Architecture students at Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU) are excited to invite you to this year’s Craft Symposium! Inspired by a study trip to Venice, the symposium interrogates the state of craft in Toronto and contemporary architecture, bringing together diverse perspectives on authorship, the performance of making, and the evolving role of the architect.

The event features two socializing time slots with food and drinks catered by Eataly, alongside a panel discussion exploring the role of craft in education, society, and the future trajectory of the field, complemented by a curated showcase of our speakers’ work. The symposium will appeal to students and professionals in architecture and adjacent fields.

Event starts at 6:00 PM
